About Dr. G Wynn
Dr G is a Consultant Psychiatrist with more than 20 years of professional experience, specialising in the care of complex mental health conditions, particularly trauma. He is recognised for his work in PTSD, veterans’ mental health, depression, and ketamine therapy.
Dr G is a Fellow of the Royal Australia & New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He is a Professor of Psychiatry and Neuroscience, and a prolific editor & author. His books include the Clinical Manual for Management of PTSD, Complementary and Alternative Medicine for PTSD, and the Clinical Manual of Drug Interaction Principles for Medical Practice.
Dr G is committed to improving mental health systems, access, and outcomes. He has worked in both public and private healthcare systems, and understands the challenges often faced in accessing care.

Ecdysis was founded by Dr G Wynn to provide world class and cutting-edge mental healthcare in Te Whanganui a Tara Wellington.
Ecdysis Clinical Psychedelic Therapy provides general psychiatric services as well as specialised psychedelic care, currently limited to ketamine therapy.
